// 01Acceptance of Terms
By using Mission Terminal, you agree to these Terms of Use and our End-User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app immediately. These terms may be updated from time to time — continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
// 02Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content
Mission Terminal has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. This includes hate speech, harassment, threats, sexually explicit material, discriminatory language, bullying, and any content that violates applicable laws. Users who post or share objectionable content will have that content removed and may be permanently banned from the platform within 24 hours of a report being received.
// 03User Conduct
You agree to use Mission Terminal in good faith. This includes completing matches you have queued for, treating opponents with respect, and not manipulating the ELO or matchmaking systems. Abuse, harassment, cheating, or posting objectionable content may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
// 04Reporting & Blocking
Mission Terminal provides mechanisms to report objectionable content and abusive users, and to block users you do not wish to interact with. Reports are reviewed by the development team within 24 hours. Blocking a user immediately removes their content from your experience and notifies the development team for review.
// 05Content Moderation
All user-generated content — including community names, descriptions, and linked media — is subject to moderation. Content flagged as objectionable by users or detected by our filtering systems will be removed promptly. Users who repeatedly violate these standards will be permanently ejected from the platform.
// 06Privacy
Mission Terminal only collects user IDs necessary to operate the service — including your Discord ID and username, Steam ID, and any other platforms you choose to link. Your data will never be shared with third parties or used for advertising. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
// 07Intellectual Property
Warhammer 40,000 and all associated names, imagery, and lore are the intellectual property of Games Workshop Limited. Mission Terminal is an independent fan-made application and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Games Workshop.
// 08Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use Mission Terminal. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
// 09Matchmaking & AFK Policy
When you enter the matchmaking queue, you are committing to play a match if one is found. Repeated AFK behaviour — failing to respond to a match alert — may result in temporary queue bans or ELO penalties. Notifications must be enabled for the matchmaker to function correctly.
// 10ELO & Rankings
ELO ratings are calculated automatically based on match outcomes. We reserve the right to adjust, recalibrate, or reset ratings in cases of abuse, system errors, or platform-wide rebalancing. Rankings are for competitive tracking purposes only and carry no monetary value.
// 11Limitation of Liability
Mission Terminal is provided as-is. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, data integrity, or the availability of any feature. We are not liable for any losses, disputes, or damages arising from use of the platform.
